A Sparta woman was arrested and charged in the shooting death of her husband.
According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, 73-year-old Patricia Iraggi allegedly shot her husband on July 20.
White County Sheriff's Deputies and TBI agents responded to a home on Woodland Trail and found Domenico Iraggi dead inside and Patricia with a gunshot wound to her face.
She was taken to a Chattanooga hospital for treatment then arrested on a first degree murder charge.
She was booked into the White County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
