The incident happened in October at a home on Iroquois Drive. Phillip Pero, of Hohenwald, was found shot in the driveway.
Police said other people in the house heard Huddleston make statements regarding the shooting and saw him flee from the residence.
A warrant for his arrest was issued, charging him with criminal homicide. Huddleston was later added to the TBI’s Most Wanted List.
TBI officials said he's being held in the Boone County Jail, pending extradition to Tennessee.
