A second person has been charged in double homicide in July in Tipton County.
Those with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirmed they took 46-year-old Michael Cullum into custody.
Agents investigated the double homicide that happened on July 30 on Glen Springs Road in Drummond.
Both 66-year-old Robert Bailey and his daughter, 41-year-old Tammie Bailey, were found dead inside their home.
According to the investigation, there was an attempt to set the house on fire.
That investigation led authorities to 36-year-old Jason Holland and Cullum. Holland was arrested in August.
Cullum has been charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of felony murder, one count of theft, one count of arson, and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Authorities said he was charged on November 23 while in jail in Shelby County on other charges.
Friday, he was booked in Tipton County on a $1 million bond before being released back to the Shelby County Jail.
