A Memphis car salesman has been charged with sexual battery after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman who was taking a test drive.
An affidavit said the victim went to the Auto Nation Nissan dealership in November where she spoke to sales consultant Dameetri Hester, who took her on a test drive of a car.
The victim said she was riding on the passenger side when Hester told her she looked pretty, then reached over and allegedly rubbed her thigh. The victim said she told Hester to stop.
She said Hester later brought the woman to his house and tried to have sex with her.
After Hester was arrested, police found oxycodone pills in his wallet. He was charged with sexual battery and introduction of drugs into a penal facility.
It was unclear if Hester had an attorney.
