Downtown Nashville roads reopen after HVAC fire

Update:
As of 3 p.m., all roads have reopened following the HVAC fire in downtown Nashville.

Drivers are asked to avoid part of downtown Nashville Thursday afternoon after an HVAC fire closed several roads.

As of 1:20 p.m., Broadway is closed between 3rd Avenue North and 5th Avenue North. Fourth Avenue North is also closed between Commerce Street and Symphony Place.

All lanes are closed at this time. Drivers should take an alternate route.
