Multi-vehicle crash closes all lanes in section of I-24 eastbound

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A multi-vehicle crash has closed all lanes on Interstate 24 eastbound near mile marker 52.4 on Tuesday afternoon.

All lanes and the left shoulder are blocked with the right shoulder open.
