A firefighter and police officer from Florida and a Tennessee restaurant owner have been accused of striking three Bradley County homes while shooting at a five-gallon jug.
The three have been facing multiple felony reckless endangerment counts.
The Sun Sentinel reported Stephanie Silk has been a firefighter and paramedic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Cejay Hammack has been a police officer in Plantation, Florida. Christopher Majeske, the restaurant owner, was from Cleveland.
Bradley County Sheriff's Office spokesman James Bradford told WRCB-TV the three were on private property shooting an AR-15 rifle and two pistols toward the woods around midnight on June 8. A police report said they believed they were shooting in a safe manner. But their stray bullets hit three occupied homes.
The three were out on bond awaiting an August 23 hearing.
