Memphis police said a pedestrian has been fatally struck by a train.
Media outlets reported police were called about 2 p.m. Sunday.
Police spokesman Louis Brownlee said a man was walking along the Frisco Railroad tracks in south Memphis when he was struck.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity wasn't immediately determined.
