NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Late-night host Stephen Colbert will be the moderator for Michelle Obama’s book tour when it makes a stop in Nashville.
The former First Lady is scheduled to appear at the Ryman Auditorium at 8 p.m. on May 12.
Moderators for the final tour dates of “Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama” were announced Wednesday.
The Nashville show is the final date on the tour.
The tour for her new book "Becoming" helped the book achieve a publishing milestone, with Barnes & Noble saying that Obama had "the biggest first-week sales of any book [in 2018]."
It has been two years since the Obamas left the White House, but there is still intense interest in the former president and first lady.
