Four hurt, including 2 students, in Metro school bus crash; injuries 'not believed to be severe'

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two students and two adults were taken to an area hospital after a crash involving a Metro Nashville school bus.

The call came in around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday on Gallatin Pike and One Mile Parkway.

Details of the crash are unclear at this time.

Metro schools confirmed eight students were on the bus at the time. Officials initially said only one student was transported, but later issued an update, saying a second was also taken to the hospital.

Their injuries are not believed to be severe.
