A Wilson Central High School student was suspended after a senior prank.
School officials said the student released a few dozen crickets into the school’s hallways Monday morning.
Seniors have been pulling pranks as graduation nears. Just last week students left a dead opossum at one of the assistant principal's home with a sign that read "Class of 2016."
School officials said they take these pranks seriously.
"We want to remind students to not do anything that could jeopardize their participation in graduation,"
Superintendent Donna White said in a statement Monday.
