Detectives in Clarksville have been investigating a robbery that took place at a Shell service station.

The crime happened around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday near Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and Needmore Road.

Reports stated the suspect stole a pack of Marlboro cigarettes and two packs of cigars after he was told there was little money in the register. He then fled out of the store.

The suspect was wearing a black bandana with white marks, a blue hoodie, and blue jeans.

Authorities said he did not display a weapon.

Officials said he left the scene in a red compact car, and it was possible the front passenger side quarter panel may be a different color. The rear passenger side wheel was also missing the hubcap.

Anyone with information has been asked to call Detective Justin Neagos at 931-648-0656, extension 5537, or the Tipsline at 931-645-8477.
