Officials in Cookeville have asked for the public’s help with identifying a man believed to be targeting the elderly.
The man was seen entering and leaving several rooms at an assisted living facility on Monday.
The suspect was confronted by staff, and multiple residents reported items missing from their rooms.
He was seen leaving in a black car similar to a two-door Honda Civic. It was missing the front bumper.
