The case against the man accused of opening fire at an Antioch church has been bound over to a grand jury.
Church usher, Caleb Engle, was the first to take the stand during Monday's hearing for Emanuel Samson.

Samson did not appear in court. This would have been his first physical appearance before a judge.
Tuesday marks one month since Samson allegedly opened fire on a church congregation at Burnette Chapel Church of Christ.
Metro Nashville Police said he shot and killed Melanie Crow in the parking lot before going inside and shooting six others, including the pastor.
He also allegedly pistol-whipped Engle, who tried to take him down.
The motive for the shooting remained unknown.
