A police standoff that shut down part of a North Nashville neighborhood for hours came to a peaceful end.
Officers were serving warrants for a man on 17th Avenue North Wednesday night when he reportedly barricaded himself inside a home.
Metro Nashville Police officers shut down the block and called in the SWAT team.
The suspect finally surrendered just after midnight. His name was not known.
