The man accused of kidnapping and brainwashing a Maury County teen, Tad Cummins, has been booked into the Henderson County Detention Center in Kentucky.
Cummins was being held in federal custody in Sacremento after he and the 15-year-old at the center of the scandalous AMBER Alert were found in California.
He and the teen were missing for about a month. Cummins was charged with kidnapping, sexual contact with a minor, and transportation of a minor across state lines to have sexual intercourse.
They were found after staying at least a night in a remote cabin 2,500 miles from home near Cecilville, California, near the Oregon border.
