Taylor Swift, Keith Urban guitars to be auctioned off for Nashville COVID-19 relief

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Several celebrity instruments will be auctioned off to raise money for those struggling to make ends meet amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a Yahoo report, a Gibson that Taylor Swift played to debut a new song in September is up for grabs. And Bradley Cooper's electric guitar from "A Star is Born" will also be sold.

Other auction items include a bedazzled dulcimer owned by Dolly Parton for 30 years, Sheryl Crow's vintage Baldoni accordion, and guitars owned by Keith Urban, Dwight Yoakam, Blake Shelton and Vince Gill.

The auction begins Thurs. Oct. 29 and will go toward the Academy of Country Music's Lifting Lives COVID-19 Response Fund, which was created to support people behind the scenes in the country music industry centered around Nashville.
