The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been called to an area in Cheatham County after a body was found in a burned out car.
Authorities responded to State Route 251 near Pond Creek Road after a car was found in flames.

TBI officials said a body was found in the trunk of the car. The investigation remained ongoing.
The road was expected to remain closed for several hours.
