ESTILL SPRINGS, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been called to a residence in Franklin County after two bodies were discovered.
The call came in overnight from Circle Drive in Estill Springs.
Authorities arrived to find a man and woman both dead from gunshot wounds. It's believed the incident was sparked by a domestic situation.
Investigators say it appears the man shot the woman and then turned the weapon on himself.
A gun was found at the scene.
The District Attorney has called in the TBI to help process the scene.
