LEBANON, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an AMBER Alert for a missing four-month-old in Lebanon. However, it was canceled hours later after the child was found safe in Nashville.
The TBI tweeted that Raymond Lyons, Jr. was allegedly kidnapped by his non-custodial mother, Erika Barksdale, on Wednesday morning.

He's believed to have been kidnapped by his non-custodial mother, Erika Barksdale, this morning.

Raymond Lyons, Jr. has black hair, with brown eyes. He's 18 inches tall and weighs 17 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey onesie with a zipper in the front.
Barksdale has brown hair with brown eyes, is 5'5" tall, and weighs 165 pounds. The TBI says the 29-year-old was wanted by the Lebanon Police Department for kidnapping and aggravated assault charges in relation to this incident.
Barksdale was taken into custody after she was found with the child. The AMBER Alert was canceled.
