JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation canceled an Endangered Child Alert for a 2-year-old who was found safe after going missing out of East Tennessee.
Officials say Oriana Young went missing from Johnson City and may be with her non-custodial father, Billy Young.
Young was thought to have been driving a black 2021 Nissan Armada with Florida tag GIB-M18.
