U.S. Marshals arrested one of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's most wanted people, who was accused of raping a child.
Michael Craig Gervais, who was wanted by the TBI and Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, was arrested in Louisiana.
He was arrested without incident on one charge of child rape and three counts of attempted child neglect.
Gervais was added to the TBI's "Top 10 Most Wanted" list on Tuesday.
Gervais was placed in jail in Louisiana, without bond on a Fugitive from Justice warrant, awaiting extradition to Tennessee.
