MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation released new photos of David Whelan, a Murfreesboro attorney accused of rape.
TBI officials say Whelan didn't show up for a court appearance last month. He was added to the TBI's Most Wanted list last week.
The new photos show that Whelan may have changed his appearance by growing a beard. They also released photos of his dog, which TBI agents say he may have with him.
