DEKALB COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — An Endangered Child Alert has been canceled after a missing 11-month-old from DeKalb County was found safe.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said the child, Legend Creed Soales, was found safe in Warren County.
