CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Clarksville teen who allegedly killed his grandmother has been transferred to adult court.
Jacob Carney, 18, was 17 years old when he allegedly killed his 67-year-old grandmother Mary Carney, who adopted him. But on Wednesday he was moved to adult court.
Carney allegedly attacked Mary and a second person, who survived, back in May. He was charged with first degree murder and attempted murder. He's being held on a $5 million bond.
