Teen Robbed, Shot In Nashville Drive-Thru

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A teenager was taken to the hospital after he was robbed and shot while waiting at a Nashville area drive-thru.

At about 10:30p.m. Monday, Metro Nashville Police officers were called to the Jack In The Box on Old Hickory Boulevard, just north of Interstate 40 in Hermitage.

Investigators said the teenager was in the drive-thru when he was approached by three men who took his cell phone and shot him in the hip.

The suspects left the area in a silver sedan, police said.

The teenager was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and was expected to survive.
