A teenager was taken to an area hospital after getting shot in the back of the head during a drive-by shooting in south Nashville.
Metro Nashville Police officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired calls at Nolensville and Paragon Mills Road Monday afternoon.
Shortly after, a 17-year-old was dropped off at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center by a vehicle with multiple bullet holes.
The victim told police he and his cousin were driving when a white SUV pulled up and shot into their car.
The teen's injuries were reportedly not life-threatening. Details on a potential suspect have not been released.
