Teenager in critical condition after drive-by shooting; one arrested

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A teenager is in critical condition after a drive-by shooting in Clarksville Saturday night.

Police say a 19-year-old male "is holding on to life by a thread" after being shot near the 200 block of Cranklen Circle around 9:45 p.m.

Jakrarius Medley, 18, has been arrested and charged with attempted homicide. A 16-year-old boy was also arrested and charged with criminal attemptd homicide.

Police do not believe the drive-by was a random act.

Officers were looking for witnesses Alexis Nolin-Fowler, 18, who is believed may have important information for the investigation. They have since located her.
