NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two teenagers are expected to be charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting in Antioch last week.

Officials with Metro police said 18-year-old Shirin Khwaga and her 19-year-old boyfriend, Markeil Williams, will be charged with homicide in the death of 16-year-old Kevin Ibarra on Friday.

Khwaga and Williams have also been implicated in the killing of 20-year-old Cianan Napier. Additional evidence connecting them to that case will be presented to the Davidson County Grand Jury in the near future, police said.

Khwaga, Williams, and his 15-year-old brother, Jalean, were taken into custody Friday after a pursuit with Metro Police officers.

Police said two guns were recovered from the floorboard of the vehicle.

Hours earlier, Ibarra, a student at Cane Ridge High School, was shot and killed in the kitchen of his Isabelle Lane home. It's believed to be connected to Thursday night’s fatal shooting of Napier behind a residence on Patricia Drive near Glastonbury Road.

According to police, Khwaga was charged with unlawful gun possession, evading arrest and two counts of aggravated robbery stemming from a Friday morning home invasion on Cedar Pointe Parkway.

Markeil Williams was charged with unlawful gun possession, possession of marijuana for resale and unlawful gun possession. Jalean Williams was charged with evading arrest, possession of marijuana for resale, and two counts of unlawful gun possession.

Khwaga and Markeil Williams were booked in the Metro Jail, while the younger Williams brother is being held in detention. A court date has been set for September 14.
