NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Tennessee OSHA is investigating an incident that lead to the death of a construction worker on Friday along Church Street.
OSHA received information about the death at a construction site located at 900 Church Street.
The investigation is ongoing and to ensure the integrity of the investigation, "TOSHA does not release any preliminary information regarding the incident, including the name of the employer."
