Tennessee Valley Healthcare System closes clinics, reschedules vaccinations due to winter storm

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System announced multiple closures due to dangerous road conditions caused by winter weather.

All COVID-19 vaccine appointments at Nashville and Alvin C. York were canceled and will be rescheduled. Veterans can click here for the latest information.

The following TVHS clinics are closed for services:

  • Charlotte Ave and Charlotte Ave Women’s Clinic (Nashville)- Clarksville Dental- Dover
  • Maury County
  • Meharry (Albion Street)
  • Tullahoma

The following TVHS clinics are closed, but will continue offering virtual appointments:

  • Clarksville
  • Hopkinsville

The following clinics are seeing patients at the following times:

  • Athens, Chattanooga, Roane (Harriman) and Pointe Center at 9 a.m. ET
  • Bowling Green, Cookeville at 10 a.m. CT
  • Nashville and Alvin C. York clinics are delayed to 10 a.m. CT

International Plaza, Gallatin and McMinnville are on a delayed opening to 10:00 a.m. CT

Employees are requested to report to work for their normal schedule tour if at all possible. If unable to report, please contact your supervisor.
