Anyone hitting the road this holiday should be prepared to see more Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers across the state.
THP is participating in the I-40 Challenge safety campaign. Troopers will be stationed every 20 miles along I-40 – extending from North Carolina to California.
This year, THP has expanded the campaign, placing troopers every 20 miles along every interstate across Tennessee.
Drivers can expect to see additional troopers on I-65, I-24, I-440 and I-840.
