Nashville's own The Peanut Shop celebrated its 90th birthday with a party in downtown Nashville.
The shop was once home to Planters Peanuts.
Mayor Megan Barry came out to attend the birthday celebration inside the Arcade downtown.
Barry and Mister Peanut led the enthusiastic crowd in a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday."
Kathy Bloodworth, who has owned the shop for 28 years said the store's success wouldn't be possible without Nashville's continued growth.
The Peanut Shop is one of only four original Planters stores still in existence.
