CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Columbia Police have arrested a third man wanted in connection with a possible home invasion in Maury County.
Joey Scribner was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with attempted felony murder and aggravated robbery following a shooting and possible home invasion on East 17th Street Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the scene and found 27-year-old Javontay Garrett inside the trunk of a vehicle. He was suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Garrett was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition.
Authorities also arrested 24-year-old Michael Keyon Martin and 28-year-old Kei’Choura Cathey in connection to shooting.
They are both facing especially aggravated robbery charges. Martin was also charged attempted felony murder. Cathey was charged with conspiracy to commit felony murder.
