Whitfield was shot and killed on College Street in the early morning hours of May 23.

Two others, 18-year-old Tequan Evans and 19-year-old Tremond Dinell Lenor, have already been taken into custody in connection to the shooting.

Police said probable cause had developed linking Lenor directly to the fight and fatal shooting.

Lenor was to be considered armed and dangerous.
