NASHVILLE, Tenn. – For anyone searching for a new workout routine that may involve 20,000 strangers, there’s only one place to be.
This weekend thousands of coaches from the Beachbody fitness program have planned to be in town for their annual Coaches' Summit, and Saturday morning they'll be packing Broadway for a mass workout session.
While the summit itself was set to be closed to the public, Nashville residents have been invited to get in on the thousand-strong workout because, as the coaches said, that's the whole point of the program.
"The whole idea of being a coach at Beachbody is just inspiring others to make a change for the better, to live positive influencing lives, to help them be healthy, be active, and just get started on their journey and keep going strong," said Heidi Watts, a Beachbody coach.
Road closures have been planned for the event. To learn more about those, click here.
