One person was killed and four others were injured in a crash on Interstate 65 in Williamson County.
The 4-vehicle crashhappened Monday, October 9 and shut down I-65 north and southbound lanes for nearly the entire night.
According to Tennessee Highway Patrol officials, 35-year-old Michelle Lynn Sampson was killed in the crash. She was driving a 2016 Jeep.
The four other people injured were 55-year-old Charles B. Cresswell, who was driving a tractor trailer, 32-year-old Erin S. Clegg in a 2008 Hyundai and 49-year-old Tracy L. Bolton, who was driving her 2011 Nissan with a juvenile in the car, who was also injured.
