PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash on Interstate 40 West in Putnam County.
Officials say the two-vehicle crash happened near the 302 mile marker on I-40W.
They urged drivers to avoid the area as delays are expected.
