Responders are on the scene of a fiery crash along I-40 East in Wilson County.
The incident happened near mile marker 234 and the I-840 split.
Tennessee Highway Patrol says multiple vehicles were involved, one catching fully on fire.
All occupants are out of their vehicles, but their conditions are unknown.
THP says the eastbound lanes will be closed for a extended period of time. Traffic is being diverted at mile marker 232 to I-840, back to I-40.
