NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol says it's working 10 separate crashes on Interstate 40 in Cheatham County.
THP Nashville tweeted the crashes occurred within a five-mile area between mile markers 185 – 190, near Kingston Springs. Both directions of travel were affected.
.@THPNashville & the Cheatham Co Sheriffs department are currently investigating at least 10 separate traffic crashes within a 5 mile area on I-40 EB & WB from 185 to 190 MM. Please stay alert in the area!!! Heavy Rain is in the area.

Troopers said no serious injuries were reported. THP advised drivers to be cautious, saying heavy rain is in the area.
