NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A alleged threat has prompted extra security at Apollo Middle School in Nashville.
Metro Nashville Public Schools confirmed Monday morning that additional security will be at the school, which is located on Richards Road.
Details of the alleged threat were not immediately known.
School officials said Metro Nashville police are investigating.
