A crash involving a dump truck forced the closure of a major roadway near the Maury/Williamson County line.
The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on Lewisburg Pike just past Ash Hill Road south of Duplex, Tennessee.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said a vehicle went over the center line while taking a curve and hit a dump truck, which overturned and hit another car.
The truck lost a load of gravel across the road.
Three people were transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center but were expected to recover from their injuries.
The roadway was closed for around three hours.
