10:48 a.m. – Agent James reported that blood stain was different, it was a smear rather than a spot. The lines looked like striations from fabric on the carport floor. He was called back to the scene to investigate a possible latent print on Holly's Mustang, a smeared area of a palm print with some ridge detail was visible.

11:07 a.m. – He described the process of determining DNA profiles. A reference sample was taken from Holly's underwear since she wasn't present to take the sample from her mouth. The samples from the carport were determined to be blood. Sample 1A elicited a partial profile, with dirt interfering in the sample under amplification. Sample 1B elicited was not a high enough level of data to make a definitive determination for DNA. Sample 1C matched the profile obtained from the reference sample from Holly Bobo's underwear. Sample 1D (the one with the striations) did not meet the threshold to obtain a DNA profile.

threatening toward her prior to Holly's disappearance. She was a meth user along with Adams. Knew of Shayne Austin, he was more of a pill popper. Knew of Jason Autry as well. Zach hung out with all of these people. She tried to break up with him on April 12, 2011 and she stayed with him that night, the night before Holly was abducted. He left the house the next morning to "haul off scrap" between 6 and 7 a.m. Later that day, Zach comes to her work at Joe's Video in Parsons. They got into an argument. She thought he was lying about hauling off scrap metal because he was now using his brother's phone. He told her that they'll "never be able to find her". She didn't ask him about the scratches on his arm. She followed the news reports about Holly's disappearance. "He said that he would tie her up just like Holly Bobo and nobody would ever see her again." In July, after she left the house, but would
sometime to come to the house, she heard a conversation at John Mitchell's house about Holly, that
everything was ready to go in the truck and ready to go under the Birdsong Bridge to take the blue
Tupperware thing to Birdsong. She said that Zach knew Natalie Bobo through an introduction by her.
She said that Zach used Facebook frequently, prosecution introduces Facebook posts as evidence. He took her under the Birdsong Bridge often, they showed a picture of them under the bridge spray
painting their names.
