NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A truck driver charged in a deadly crash on Interstate 75 was arrested after being added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted list.

Agents with the TBI said 39-year-old Benjamin Brewer, of London, Kentucky, was arrested in Kentucky Friday. He was wanted by police in Chattanooga, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the TBI.

He has been charged with six counts of vehicular homicide, four counts of reckless aggravated assault, one count of DUI by impairment of narcotics, one count of speeding, and one count of false report of duty status.

Authorities said Brewer was driving an 18-wheeler when he collided with multiple vehicles stopped in a construction zone June 26.
