NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System is postponing COVID vaccinations Monday, February 15, due to inclement weather.
The clinic began providing veterans with free, scheduled vaccinations this past weekend at both its Nashville and Murfreesboro campuses.
Those who had Monday appointments will be contacted to reschedule.
“We know many of our Veterans drive from rural areas, so we want to keep them off the roads as much as possible,” TVHA Helath System Director Jennifer Vedral-Baron said. “The safety of our Veterans is always a priority.”
TVHS will announce when the vaccine clinic will reopen.
