RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two suspects in a Rutherford County arson case from February have been arrested.

The fire happened February 14 just before 9 p.m. on the 6000 block of Woodbury Pike. Fire crews arrived to find fire showing from all sides of the home.

Rutherford County Fire Rescue says the fire was investigated for nearly two months. Findings from the investigation show Samuel Oliver and Shanna Gilpin as being responsible for the fire.

Oliver and Gilpin were arrested and charged with arson, aggravated burglary and conspiracy to commit arson. They were booked into the Rutherford County jail Monday.
