NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Woodlawn couple is charged with allowing suspected murderer Kirby Wallace to stay in their home following a homicide in Indian Mount last year.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced late Tuesday the arrests of Derek Summers and Mindy Harris. Each are charged with accessory after the fact.

During the investigation into a home invasion and homicide at a house on Rorie Hollow Road in September, agents said property taken from the house was found at the home of Summers and Harris.

Later, agents said they learned the couple had allowed Wallace to stay at their home after the homicide, which he is accused of committing.

This week, the Stewart County Grand Jury returned indictments on the couple. Both are being held in jail on $20,000 bond.

Wallace was arrested a week-long manhunt in Stewart and Montgomery Counties back in October.
