Two hospitalized after shooting, car crash in Mt. Juliet

MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two people are in critical condition after a shooting and car crash in Mt. Juliet Saturday night.

Police say after a gunfire exchange, an Infiniti chased a Camero along Golden Bear Gateway. The Camero crashed around 8 p.m. near Mt. Juliet High School.

The two men inside the Camero were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Officers do not know if they have gunshot wounds.

Golden Bear Gateway is currently closed.

An investigation is ongoing.
