Two injured in Nashville house fire on Polk Forest Circle

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two people were hurt in a house fire on Polk Forest Circle in Nashville.

The fire broke out Friday evening around 9 p.m. in a home in the Park Preserve development, which is a Habitat for Humanity neighborhood.

Firefighters were quickly able to get the fire under control, but the home was significantly damaged.

Nashville Fire Department's arson investigators are looking into what caused the fire.

One woman was treated for burns to her hands, and another man was also hurt, but his injuries are not known.
