CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A two month old baby has tested positive for cocaine.

Police have charged 26-year-old Portia Marcum, after a two month old baby was in her care and cocaine was found in his system.

During the investigation, Clarksville Police determined that the baby was being cared for by Marcum who had been staying at a residence where drugs were present and being used. Authorities discovered that there were several occasions when the infant was left in a bedroom alone while Marcum went into a different room to use drugs.
